The Keglerz Event Management System offers a comprehensive solution for organizing Bowling tournaments, including brackets, high-game pots (Nassau’s), Blind-draw doubles, and eliminators in both tournaments and leagues.
It supports standard 3 game leagues, as well as tournaments with up to 6 games.
Whether you're managing tournaments or side-pots in your leagues, this application caters to your needs. The ability to import leaguesecretary’s BowlerList and Lane Assignment’s CSV files streamlines the process by automatically inputting bowler names, lane assignments, and averages.
For the first time, tournament organizers and league members can efficiently operate events without the hassle of carrying laptops or using extensive paper documentation. The system provides mobility through iPads, iPhones, or M1 Macs, allowing organizers to manage events seamlessly in a unified platform. Scores can be entered in real-time, simplifying the management of all side-pots within a single application.
An innovative feature of this system is its utilization of client-server technology. With the complimentary smartphone app called SidePots, bowlers have instant access to view side pots and standings in real-time. This eliminates the need for print-outs and congregating around display boards to check their progress in the event and side-pots. Furthermore, bowlers can contribute to event coordination by entering scores for themselves and nearby players.
